Terms of Payment
You must pay for your order in full when you place it.
The order won't be processed if the payment fails or is turned down. You can try again with a different valid payment method.

It is the customer's job to pay taxes, duties, and customs fees (for orders from other countries).
Bills and Receipts
Once you pay, you will automatically get a digital receipt in your email.
Please email us at contact@wearvioo.shop with your order number if you need an official invoice.
Mistakes and disagreements with billing
If you think you were charged the wrong amount, please email us at contact@wearvioo.shop within 30 days of the transaction.
We will look into the case and give you a correction or a refund if we think it's right.
Preventing Fraud
Wearvioo has the right to cancel or hold orders if they see any suspicious or unauthorized payment activity.
We may ask for more proof before processing high-value orders to keep our customers safe.
If applicable, subscription or recurring payments
If any subscription services are offered in the future, the terms and frequency of billing will be clear at checkout.
Customers will be able to stop recurring payments if they follow the subscription's cancellation policy.
